Make a request directly with Puppy Mansion and we will have your puppy within 15 days or money back. With a small deposit of $200 our Puppy Mansion team will be on the lookout for your new furry friend. Once your puppy of choice is 8 weeks old we will coordinate transfer and final payment. You will receive photos prior to confirmation and the $200 deposit will be applied to the final price. Final price will be provided by the Puppy Mansion team prior to final confirmation.

Once we confirm your request, you’ll submit a $200 refundable deposit to officially start your puppy search. This deposit shows us you’re serious and helps us focus on finding the best puppy for you.

We Find Your Dream Puppy
Your Puppy Search Timeline
Our team will have 15 days to locate your perfect puppy. During this time:
- We’ll send you pictures and updates so you can see the puppies we find.
- You’ll receive full transparency throughout the search process.
What if we don’t find your puppy?
- You can roll over your deposit to extend the search.
- Or request a full refund—your $200 deposit will be returned within 3 business days.
We’re committed to finding your ideal match but cannot guarantee finding your specific request.
Approve and Secure Your Puppy
When we find the right puppy, we’ll contact you with all the details, including photos, age, and price. Once you approve:
- A $300 secondary deposit will be required to transport your puppy to Puppy Mansion. This amount will go toward the final purchase price.
- Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before arriving at Puppy Mansion to ensure they’re ready to join their new family.
- Upon arrival, our veterinarian performs a full health checkup and provides an official health certificate.
Please Note:
If you confirm your puppy and the transfer to the store is completed, both your $200 initial deposit and $300 confirmation deposit will be forfeited if you choose not to proceed. However, these amounts can be rolled over to another puppy.

Once your puppy arrives at Puppy Mansion, we’ll notify you to schedule your pickup.
During your visit, we’ll provide:

Puppy Mansion can organize a flight nanny service, where our dedicated and professional flight nanny will take your new best friend to your nearest airport.
